In 2000 I got 288,829 out of a 83 Camry. Currently have 220,000 on a 1999 Corolla. Guess what brand of car I will get next. (You are right if you said Toyota)

If the carmaker does not have a dealer close to you it can be very difficult to get service and original parts. Now i am leasing!

A friend of mine had a Olds Cutlass Supreme that he ran for 450K miles.

It had 470k miles and the engine still had not a wrench on it. The inside, and outside of the beast was another story altogether! I suspect it is still running provided the new owner has not broken the last remaining seat!

If something breaks or wears out, I'll replace it. My previous car was over 220,000 miles..........
